CORPORATE CONSULTATION PROGRAM
The consultation program is designed for new and established businesses who are
in the process of setting up their corporate structure or need a review of their current entity structures.
This program is done on an hourly basis. The consultation can cover a multitude of entities per client.
We will also work in conjunction with the client's attorney, cpa, or bookkeeper upon authorization from the client.
All consultations will be conducted by phone and will be subject to the availability of the consultant.
Please understand that we are not CPA's or Attorneys and that it may become necessary to consult with these professionals on more complex issues.
HOURLY FEE: Usually $250/HOUR exept special situations/circumstances, established in advance
